The space within the Ivy Station development, which houses various media companies and placed within a stone’s throw of the Metro Expo Line station, is an ideal setting for this urban retreat. The three stations at Milk + Honey’s nail salon and spacious lounge face the expansive public plaza, yet still feel calming and comfortable. Ten treatment rooms create the mood for massages, and contain state of the art equipment for facials that use Milk & Honey’s own cruelty-free, sustainably minded product line, along with goods from favorite brands such as OSEA and Cosmedix, plus a full menu of medispa treatments. The Culver City spot marks founder Alissa Bayer’s eighth location since establishing the business in Austin in 2006, with more to come including a soon-to-open Chicago outpost.
