Pirelli announces the stars of its 50th anniversary edition 2017 calendar: actresses Alicia Vikander, Nicole Kidman, Zhang Ziyi, Julianne Moore, Uma Thurman, Rooney Mara, Robin Wright, Jessica Chastain, Penelope Cruz Sanchez, Lupita Amondi Nyong’o, Charlotte Rampling, Dame Helen Mirren, Kate Winslet and Lea Seydoux. The calendar will also feature special guest Anastasia Ignatova, a medical entrepreneur and political theory professor.
Veteran photographer Peter Lindbergh returns to shoot the 50th Anniversary edition. Lindbergh shot the iconic calendar two times previously, in 1996 and 2002, and is the only photographer to create the calendar images for a third time. Lindbergh photographed the 15 stars in five locations: Berlin, London, Los Angeles, New York and Le Touquet, a city north of Paris.
