Italian fashion house Fendi has joined forces with private developer Château Group to curate an uber-stylish 12-story waterfront condominium in Miami dubbed Fendi Château Residences.

The luxe 58-unit building at 9365 Collins Avenue in Surfside is just blocks away from the esteemed Bal Harbour shops and boasts breathtaking ocean views. The residences span in size from 3,300 square feet to more than 7,000 square feet, and prices for the vast spaces range from $5 million and $22 million.
The Fendi Château Residences sales gallery, located at 9380 Collins Avenue, celebrated their grand opening event on December 2 with special presentations by Fendi’s Pietro Beccari and Château Group’s Manuel Grosskopf. Venegas International Group is spearheading all sales and marketing for the fashion house’s first branded real estate project, which is slated for completion in June 2016.
