Mark Cross Launches Equestrian-Inspired Collection

The luxury handbag retailer isn’t horsing around with its classic and practical offerings

The heritage brand Mark Cross, founded in 1845, first became an American institution by selling saddles to the likes of Picasso and Ernest Hemingway. Now, the luxury leather goods retailer is getting back on the horse with a reintroduction of its Equestrian Collection, a line of classic saddlebags, duffles, totes, backpacks, belt bags, and scarves. Each product will be available in different colors and patterns. Best of all? The collection has approval from real equestrians, ensuring each product meets all of their riding requirements.

“The collection launch is also part of the brand’s larger revitalization strategy, which was inclusive of their flagship opening in New York City last year and will be reflected in additional launches, collaborations and more in the coming year,” said Ulrik Garde Due, President and CEO of Mark Cross.
