Thomas Keller’s fine dining empire (and expertise) is hitting the high seas.
The culinary mastermind behind a trio of Michelin-starred restaurants—The French Laundry, Per Se and Bouchon—is developing new dishes to be served on Seabourn’s luxury ships. Passengers aboard Odyssey, Sojourn and Quest will experience the highly anticipated menu as early as this fall, which will include appetizers, entrees and dessert offerings. A new signature restaurant helmed by Keller will also debut aboard Seabourn Quest by spring 2016 before expanding to the entire fleet.
