Room Request! Four Seasons Miami

Explore the luxurious Four Seasons Miami, a tropical oasis in the skyline with stunning views and top-notch amenities

Rising above the Miami skyline at 70 stories high, Brickell’s Four Seasons Miami is the tallest building south of Atlanta. The 221-room property—which is considered a pioneer in the downtown area—is a tropical oasis, boasting a pool terrace that spans nearly two acres. Located on the serene seventh floor, the terrace has three pools (with one strictly for the residences), private cabanas and a poolside bar and restaurant offering a northern Mediterranean menu (Bahia)—all set against panoramic views of Biscayne Bay and the city skyline. The hotel boasts a multi-million-dollar art collection showcasing Latin American artists, including three oversized statues from Colombian-born Fernando Botero. Guests also have complimentary access to the on-site Equinox fitness club and spa—a vast state-of-the-art gym that offers fitness classes and dedicated yoga and Pilates studios. Dining options on property, aside from Bahia, include Edge Brasserie for contemporary American fare in a relaxed brasserie setting and Nuna for chef Jaime Pesaque’s take on Nikkei cuisine, blending the delicate precision of Japanese culinary techniques with the bold, bright flavors of Peru.

DuJour spoke with the Four Seasons Miami’s general manager, Haytham Said, to discover what makes it so special.

The Penthouse Suite bedroom

What’s your favorite design element on property?

The way the hotel’s heart lives entirely on the seventh floor. It was intentionally designed so that nearly everything a guest needs is centered in one place, from check-in and boutique shopping to our expansive pool deck, wellness offerings, fine dining and cocktail experiences. That thoughtful layout creates an effortless flow to the stay, allowing guests to transition seamlessly from arrival to relaxation without ever feeling scattered throughout the building.

What’s your personal favorite room? Why?

The Penthouse. It offers an unmatched sense of privacy and scale, with expansive living spaces and panoramic views that stretch from Biscayne Bay to the Brickell skyline. At golden hour, the entire space glows, it’s a perspective that truly captures the energy and beauty of Miami from above, and it never gets old.

The hotel lobby

What’s an interesting tidbit about the hotel that speaks to its status as an icon?

Since opening in 2003, Four Seasons Hotel Miami has become one of the defining landmarks of the Brickell skyline, here well before the most recent construction boom. The hotel occupies the upper floors of the 70-story Four Seasons Hotel and Tower, which remains one of the tallest buildings in Florida. Its sleek glass silhouette rising above Brickell, paired with its elevated bay and city views and 2-acre pool deck, has made it a recognizable symbol of Miami’s evolution into a global hub for business and luxury living.

How about one more fun fact about the property?

Because of its unique waterfront positioning, many of our upper-floor suites offer simultaneous views of both sunrise over the bay and sunset reflecting against the downtown skyline, a rare perspective that reinforces why the hotel continues to be one of Miami’s most recognizable addresses.
