With a growing roster of industry titans and other members of the ultrarich picking up choice oceanfront properties in Miami lately—we’re looking at you, Faena House—this penthouse should fit in quite nicely. Crowning the Jade Signature, designed by Swiss firm Herzog & de Meuron and slated to be complete next year, the sprawling duplex is hitting the market at $32.9 million.

Located at 16901 Collins Avenue, with interiors executed by Pierre-Yves Rochon (who’s responsible for the décor at the Georges V in Paris and the refurbished Savoy in London, among others), the Upper Penthouse spans the entire 56th floor and a hefty portion of the 57th. Spread over 11,660-square-feet of interior and 7,570-square-feet of exterior living space, the unit comprises five-to-seven bedrooms, 9.5 baths, four private parking spaces, and unobstructed 360-degree views of the Atlantic, Intracoastal and Miami skyline through floor-to-ceiling 12-foot windows and from a wraparound balcony.

“This tower draws upon the luxury experience you might expect from a five-star resort—it is created unlike any other residential tower in Miami,” says Rochon of the project.

Among the residence’s other mind-bending amenities are a private pool on the ocean-side terrace, private in-residence elevator, gym with sauna and steam room, a “midnight bar” in the master suite, three separate family rooms and en-suite service quarters.

“When you open the door, it should feel like you’re stepping into a dream, but at the same time you feel incredibly at home,” adds Rochon. “The penthouse at Jade Signature is the epitome of this experience.”
