Atmosphere: This new Peter Marino-designed space is familiar territory to any seasoned Ermenegildo Zegna shopper—it’s his 16th for the brand, so he’s already had some practice at conveying the luxurious quality that Zegna is known for in their stores. Inspired by the fabric created at Ermenegildo Zegna’s historic wool mill in Italy, the new L.A. Global Store is decorated with original furniture and specially commissioned artwork, many of which are Italian-made in a nod to the brand’s roots. The store spans three stories that carry all of Ermenegildo Zegna’s collections, from formalwear to sportswear to fragrances.
We’re coveting: Anything from the new couture collection by designer Stefano Pilati—the store is one of only three in the U.S. to offer the line, and there’s even an entire “couture room” just for showcasing the collection.
Pièce de résistance: Shoppers looking for an especially VIP experience are in luck—on the third floor, the store’s “luxury room” features artisanal wood flooring and gold stucco walls, the perfect setting for a personal shopping appointment.
