Proceeds will be donated to the Restaurant Workers’ Community Foundation

Who doesn’t love a deliciously spirited cupcake made with a touch of Baileys Original’s Irish Creme Liqueur? For Mother’s Day this year, order a limited-edition Baileys Brownie Fudge Cheesecake cupcake from Georgetown Cupcakes. The founders and sisters, Katherine and Sophie, worked together to offer this specialty cupcake in honor of Mother’s Day this year to help support the Restaurant Workers’ Community Foundation. Sophie created the recipe for the tasty Baileys Brownie Fudge Cheesecake cupcake that includes a Baileys-infused cheesecake base swirled with chocolate cupcake batter and cookie crumb crust. Topped with a signature swirl of Baileys-infused buttercream frosting and fudge lattice drizzle, this delicious treat is perfect for any mom with a sweet tooth.

The cupcake is available for nationwide shipping until Thursday, May 7 at GeorgetownCupcake.com. Proceeds will be donated to the Restaurant Workers’ Community Foundation in addition to the initial donation of $75,000 that Baileys made. The donations go to support those in the hospitality industry who are struggling during quarantine.
