Just apply an essie basecoat, followed by two coats of any essie enamel (mixing shades is encouraged) and finish with any one of the three essie gel.setter 3D pop tints color options. Birds Eye Blue, Royal Sky Service and Inflight Delight each serve to accent tints of either blue, red or purple, leaving your manicure with an extra pop of color and a gel-like, three-dimensional shine, no LED or UV lamps required.
