9:00AM: Pop-up class at the new Equinox Orchard Street on the Lower East Side. So fun to be in a new location this morning and meet new members of The Sculpt Society community!
10:30AM: Breakfast is served! After class I head to Juice Generation for a quick smoothie. Some of my favorite on-the-go spots in NYC are Dr. Smood, Juice Press, and Bluestone Lane.
11:30AM: I have a private with Hannah Bronfman at Project by Equinox. She’s such an athlete, I love getting to work with other strong women who support each other!
1:00PM: After class I get a coffee and come back to the studio to work on class content. It’s extremely important that I make class each week feel fresh, I love to constantly challenge myself and my clients in new ways.
3:00PM: Today’s a crazy day, I’m always running from one thing to the next. Why not fit in a quick photo shoot? So much fun to step in front of the camera and play.
5:00PM: Snack time! I usually try not to have caffeine after 3:00pm, but today I needed it. You’ll usually find me with an almond milk latte and I love this peanut butter/chai seed ball for some extra energy.
5:30PM: My last private for the day. Training the girls from E!’s Model Squad! Such a great group who work hard on their craft as well as their fitness.
