06:00AM Pacific Time - Los Angeles, CA. Our kitchen is the heart of our home. Before dashing off to the airport, there’s nothing I love more than laughing with my wife and son over breakfast. As for my schedule, I’m headed to Paris for a one-day shoot. That probably sounds crazy … heck, it IS crazy. But to me, it feels like just another normal day at the office.

With less than 45 minutes between flights, a representative from United’s Global Services team meets my plane and offers me a “tarmac transfer” to my connecting flight. It’s a sweet perk, though I guess I won’t have time to buy trashy tabloid magazines at Hudson News.
