Alexander Wang recently sold his Tribeca loft space for $3.5 million, just under the asking price of $3.75 million. The fashion designer will reportedly stay in New York City but will find a new pad in West Chelsea. This 2,550 square foot space includes one bedroom, two white marble bathrooms, a spacious walk-in closet, and a sprawling living room and kitchen.
