Located in Miami Beach, South of Fifth is one of the area’s most sought-after neighborhoods, featuring a historically distinct design with tree-lined streets, art deco and mid-century architecture and a striking balance between tropical vegetation and a relaxing beach atmosphere. South of Fifth is home to some truly remarkable properties, including Louver House, a luxury boutique condominium project boasting 12 residences. The four-story building pays homage to the rich history of Meridian Avenue. Architect Rene Gonzalez says of the project, “To us, luxury is about amazing finishes, expansive spaces and the ability to enjoy a sense of privacy. This building offers a unique lifestyle that places residents in one of Miami Beach’s most exciting neighborhoods, but because of its small scale, also serves as an exclusive, family-friendly enclave.” Although intimacy is a paramount feature, the South of Fifth community also offers a walkable area filled with exciting restaurants, bars and enticing events to enjoy.
The Louver House was curated by Luxury Living, an Italian company that houses iconic home brands including Fendi/Casa, Bentley Home and Trussardi Home among others. Each property includes access to a health club with an outdoor yoga area, a pool deck with a negative edge pool, a landscaped lounge area, rooftop terrace, sunken lobby garden and electric vehicle charging stations. The remaining residences range from 2,088 to 2,432 interior square feet and are priced between $2.5 million and $3.1 million. Click through the gallery to see more.
