Award-winning actress Sandra Bullock recently sold her Tybee Island, Georgia home for a beachy keen $4.18 million with realtors Rachel Umbreit and Ruthie Lynah-Whitlow of Celia Dunn Sotheby's International Realty. The 3,360-square-foot beach house and 2,848-square-foot guest house are set on nearly three acres of land and include private access to the dazzling white-sand beach. The estate has a welcoming charm with white washed decor, wicker furnishings, and a coastal aesthetic.
Beyond the main house, you will find a large pool, game room, gym, and basketball court. The seven bedrooms and six bathrooms between the main house and guest allow for around 12 people to sleep comfortably. Sandra Bullock purchased this stunning Tybee Island home back in 2001 and joined the likes of other celebrities John Mellencamp, Miley Cyrus, and John Travolta, who have all been known to frequent this beautiful island.
