Sushisamba
Sushisamba, known for its clublike setting and dishes that meld Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian flavors, has opened its Tree Bar at The Venetian’s Grand Canal Shoppes. Inspired by the design of its London Tree Bar, the hidden oasis features a 125-foot curved bar and leather seating under a massive banyan tree with an illuminated canopy of lights. In addition to offering favorites from the restaurant, the bar has a menu of dishes like lobster ceviche and Smoked Wagyuni, along with cocktails such as the Coconut Matcha Sour with toasted coconut Suntory Roku gin, coconut cream, ginger, lime and egg white.
