2 oz. Tullamore D.E.W. Caribbean Rum Cask Finish
0.5 oz. Macadamia Nut Syrup
0.25 oz. Dry Curacao
0.25 oz. Velvet Falernum
1 Oz. Lime Juice
1 Dash Tiki Bitters

Preparation: Shake all ingredients together with ice, fine strain into a coupe glass, garnish with grated nutmeg and a lime twist.

1.5 oz. orange
2 oz. pineapple

Squeeze of coconut cream

3 Dashes Scrappy’s Lime Bitters

Preparation: Stir ingredients and strain over crushed ice in rocks glass. Garnish with 3 picked pineapple fronds and an edible orchid.

*Pineapple-infused Appleton Reserve

Ingredients:
1 750 ml Appleton Reserve
1 Pineapple

Preparation: Place one peeled and chopped pineapple in Appleton Reserve liquid and let sit for three days before using in cocktail.

2 oz. Blackberry puree
1 oz. Yuzu
.5 oz. Dry vermouth
.5 oz. Agave
3 Dashes cardamom bitters
3 to 4 Fresh basil leaves

Preparation: Muddle blackberries with agave, add remaining ingredients. Shake well and pour into a collins glass over fresh ice with basil leaf and lemon zest garnish.
