Situated in the Los Feliz neighborhood in Los Angeles, California, this gated, Spanish Colonial-style home boasts four bedrooms, six bathrooms, picturesque balconies and so much more. Actor Leonardo DiCaprio recently purchased the $7.1 million mansion from Modern Family star Jesse Tyler Ferguson for his mother, Irmelin Indenbirken.
From elegant arched doorways and stained-glass windows to the multiple fireplaces and dramatic staircases, this home’s design is rich in character and beauty. The majority of the home’s rooms feature access to the impeccably landscaped terraces, stunning gardens, courtyards and fountains. One of the biggest highlights is a separate meditation/yoga studio located outside by the pool and spa.
Brett Lawyer of Hilton and Hyland represented DiCaprio while the listing was held by Compass’s Jennifer Akbari, Beverly Hills. Click through the gallery for an inside look at Leonardo DiCaprio’s mother’s new home.
