7:00am I wake up, try to start the day with positive thoughts rather than stressing about everything I have to do. I believe what you think about upon waking sets your mood for your whole day. If you’re dreading the day and having negative thoughts about it it’s pretty unlikely you’ll have a positive day. Your thoughts are far more powerful than you think they are.
I sleep with my phone off so my sleep isn’t interrupted so the next thing I do is turn on my phone and check my social media, I try to get back to as many people as possible for about 20 mins then I get ready for the day.
