The sun-drenched beaches of Grand Cayman played host to the 8th annual Cayman Cookout, a culinary gathering led by world-renowned chef Eric Ripert and attended by a slew of other revered chefs, celebrating the depth and variety of global cuisine. Various demonstrations cast light upon everything from sustainable sourcing to the proper way of seasoning ingredients. Notable chefs prepared phenomenal meals and dined alongside participants.
