8:00 AM: With all the new restaurant opening stress, I wake up to one of two things. On an ideal day, it’s TikTok videos that my business partner Kenneth Crum sent me the night before when neither of us could sleep. On an unideal day, I wake up to texts from Max Katzenberg telling me anywhere from 3 to 2,000 things that need to be done. After that, I make myself an Americano. If I have been blessed by my boyfriend on one of his trips back from Los Angeles, I have fresh coconut milk from the Mar Vista Farmers Market to add to my coffee. This is the ultimate luxury.
