Wednesday 6:45am Quick selfie on the way to film Beat Bobby Flay. I'm not much of a morning person.
Wednesday 2:30pm After shooting for most of the day, I need to check in with my assistant Maria. She keeps me on track and organized.
Wednesday 3:15pm Followed by a much needed espresso break.
Wednesday 3:30pm Finalizing images from last week's photo shoot. I love this one of the Torchio with porcini & sausage ragu.
Wednesday 4:15pm A surprise visit from the family! Nothing beats a hug from one of my daughters before getting back to the grind.
