A Commissioned Collection
Hawaii’s Park Lane Ala Moana features a collection of 320 pieces throughout the building’s common spaces, the majority having been created by local artisans. Many pieces were commissioned specifically for the oceanside residence.
Art Library
Designed by Mexican artist Jorge Mendez Blake, the art library at Miami’s Oceana Bal Harbour houses an intimate collection of literature hand-selected by Blake for residents to enjoy. The library also showcases master works by Blake.
Artist-in-Construction Residency Program
At Manhattan’s 50 West, four artists-in-residence were selected to critique the ongoing construction of the building to achieve the best design. The building also showcases a personal art collection of Francis Greenburger, the building’s developer, who owns over 1,000 works. The completed building will also feature an arts room where residents can create work themselves.
Residential Art Studio
Unwind through sculpture, painting, ceramics, beadwork and more through programming at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach. The building’s art studio offers structured classes that aim to make art as accessible as a fitness center.
