Zac Efron, once best known as the star of Disney’s High School Musical, is making the transition from child star to legitimate box office draw by shaking off his heartthrob image in PG-plus movies like The Paperboy and That Awkward Moment.
But at the premiere of his latest film, Neighbors, Efron sported a more tailored take on adult style, dressed in a grey three-piece suit and a sleek Montblanc Star Classique timepiece.

Montblanc Star Classique
Introduced in 2012, this automatic dress watch is about as minimalist as one can get. It is streamlined (a mere 8.9 mm thick) with a modestly sized 39mm case and a black alligator strap. It may not be showy, but its stark simplicity—it indicates the time, that is all—has real impact.
The Star Classique also has plenty of attention to detail with a recessed sub seconds dial shaped in Montblanc’s snowcap logo and a sapphire crystal caseback so you can admire the beauty of Swiss craftsmanship when you’re not wearing it. As Efron proves on the red carpet, one of the biggest lessons of growing up is that less is definitely more.
