Paul McCartney has always been fab, but lately he has been very hot—literally. The musician recently played a career-spanning, two-hour set at the hipster music festival Coachella in the California desert. And before and after the show, he was spotted rocking a Patek Philippe Aquanaut.

Patek Philippe Aquanaut
Launched in 1997, the automatic Aquanaut has lived in the shadow of Patek’s more famous sport watch, the Nautilus. But it is a beautifully designed timepiece in its own right: Its brushed stainless steel, octagonal case is nicely contracted by an embossed dial and the super comfortable textured, hypoallergenic rubber “Tropical” strap. And like any Patek, the Aquanaut is beautifully built, making it a useful and durable everyday watch. No wonder that Sir Paul favors it for the rigors of the road.
