Riffing off of the recent surge in blogger-bolstered fashion[1], Macy’s has just debuted a new contemporary line designed according to trends in the street style blogosphere. Specifically, Maison Jules puts a Parisian chic spin on camera-ready daywear, inspired not by one individual blogger and her self-branding but by an inherently cool, effortless Francophile look (sure to inspire more than a few likes and re-tweets).
To help launch Maison Jules, street style photog Garance Doré snapped Paris native and much followed It-girl Jeanne Damas riding around the City of Lights on one of Lorenzo Martone’s brightly colored Martone bike[2]. Très chic, indeed.
