An Underwater Wedding Ceremony

If scuba diving has ever been on your bucket list, there is now one especially novel way to cross it off: getting married underwater. Taking place 40 feet below sea, Hotel Metropole Monte-Carlo[1] has kicked off its partnership with world-famous free diving champion Pierre Frolla to offer the underwater wedding ceremony package.

The ceremony, which would take place on Monaco’s Larvotto Beach on the French Riviera[2], includes all necessary diving gear for you, your significant other, plus 22 guests. The getup features a groom’s wetsuit that is designed to replicate a top hat, bowtie and tailcoat, and of course a white neoprene wetsuit with a voile skirt, pink scuba tanks and veil for the bride.

Packages ranges from $4,500 to $7,300 and include transportation to and from the water, videography, music and a reception featuring champagne and French pastries.
