While The Ritz-Carlton New York, Battery Park might not technically be capable of being in two places at once, at times the property can certainly feel that way. Sure, it’s firmly planted in the soil of Manhattan—an incredible view of the Statue of Liberty can confirm that—but the hotel, at the southernmost tip of Battery Park City, also feels a world away. Here, General Manager Greg Mendoza gives us the scoop on which of the luxurious hotel’s rooms is most in demand.

 The most requested room: 
The most requested rooms in the hotel are the Statue of Liberty view rooms, available with king or double/double beds.

What makes it so special: 
The unobstructed views of the Harbor with Ellis Island and our Lady Liberty.  All these rooms are provided with telescopes, which are very much appreciated by our guests.  

The rate: 
From $395 on certain weekends to $595 on weekdays for our deluxe rooms.

Your personal favorite: 
Premiere Liberty View Suite #1117, available as a one or two-bedroom suite. 

Because…
It is a spacious corner suite facing the Statue of Liberty on the 11th floor, where the Club Lounge is only a few steps away. The suite features a master bedroom, living room, dining room and pantry area.

All of the artwork in the hotel is from NYC-based artists.
