If you’re looking for a taste of Vienna in New York City, look no further than Avenue C. Famed mixologists Eduard Fraudner and Wolfgang Ban’s most recent brainchild, new cocktail bar The Third Man, opened less than a year ago just down the street from their popular Austrian restaurant Edi & The Wolf. Inspired by the Orson Welles movie of the same name, The Third Man features décor based on Vienna’s Loos Bar and creative cocktails with playful names inspired by the film—try the Harry Lime, for instance—along with a selection of small bites to eat.
In celebration of their first summer in Alphabet City, Eduard Fraunder and Wolfgang Ban share their riff on the classic Pimm’s Cup with DuJour.
