The developers of Park Slope’s 251 First Street are going the extra mile to attract new families to the 11-story luxury condo. And we’re not talking building a yoga studio for mommies and babies[1] (though that’s not a bad idea). This amenity is far ritzier: stroller valet service.
The building, located at the corner of Fourth Avenue, will house up to 50 carriages in the main lobby, and residents can call ahead to let staff know when they need it ready. Think of it like a storage room for bikes[2]—which they also offer, for good measure—but for your stroller. And that’s not the only perk to look forward to. According to its website[3], the building—set for completion by the end of 2016—also offers 24-hour concierge service, a roof terrace, private gym, courtyard, lounge and more.
Parents, get your applications ready.
