“Our picks for the Schlitzie are rye, scotch or tequila,” says Beverage Director Matthew Linzmeier. “It’s one of our favorites to sip on after a long walk around the city.”

1 oz. Tequila
¾ oz. Lemon juice
¾ oz. Grenadine
1 oz. Serrano-Infused Amontillado Sherry
Shake all ingredients and strain. Serve in a coup glass.
