Ah, March. Perhaps the gnarliest month in New York City—you expect first signs of spring and you’re met with lingering remnants of slush. I think that’s one of the secrets behind the success of the South by Southwest Festival[1] in Austin, Texas. The creative set of NYC is just hankering for warmer climates…and an avocado margarita or nine.
