If you’re in Beijing this season, stop into the new LOUIS XIII boutique, located at Beijing SKP, a forerunner in luxury retail, with seven floors dedicated to luxury brands. This debut marks the very first LOUIS XIII cognac boutique, where patrons can experience the brand’s heritage and offerings in person. Eric Vallat, CEO of The House of Rémy Martin, says of the new store, “[The] boutique allows us to offer our clients the ultimate retail experience. Whether they are connoisseurs or sensitive to craftsmanship and exceptional, quality and history, our clients are not merely looking for a product. They want to experience the brand.”
Designed by RDAI, the group behind flagships for Elie Saab and Hermés, the space puts a focus on both tradition and digital innovation through unique light fixtures and symbolic material. Located on the floor dedicated to men’s fashion and lifestyle brands, the boutique allows clients to sit down at one of the warm oak tables, plush armchairs or opulent bar and experience LOUIS XIII at their leisure. For a one of a kind experience, you can sample LOUIS XIII with foods curated by the brand’s chef in Cognac, Philippe Saint-Romas, with choices like delicious jamón ibérico de Bellota or nest caviar. The boutique, now open in Beijing, marks an exclusive new debut of a unique, luxury experience.
