Vegas might not be the first place that comes to mind during your pursuit of the perfect summer travel destination, but there are quite a few reasons to head to Sin City during the warm summer months. Here, we make the case for planning your trip this season.

The Tony award-winning musical is making its way to Vegas’ internationally acclaimed performing arts theater, The Smith Center. The show runs from June 10th to July 6th in the intimate, five-level seating of Reynolds Hall.

2. SPORTS

Samsung NBA Summer League 2014

Feeling withdrawal from the recently wrapped NBA season? From July 11th to July 21st  the University of Nevada, Las Vegas will host the 2014 Samsung NBA Summer League. Every year the NBA Summer League showcases teams made up of talented prospects from the NBA Development League (also known as the minors of basketball). This televised, tournament-style event will consist of 24 teams competing for a championship win.

3. EATS

Yusho
