SAHARA KINGDOM
1 oz Fresh lemon juice
1 oz Cassia simple syrup
1 oz Fig purée
2 oz Jameson Black Barrel
Shake and strain all ingredients over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with one star anise.
