Beverly Wilshire[1], A Four Seasons Hotel, has played host to everyone from Elvis Presley to Warren Beatty since it opened its doors in 1928. The property has 395 guest rooms (including 137 suites) spread out over two buildings—the 10-story Wilshire Wing and the 14-story Beverly Wing in the heart of Beverly Hills, just 25 steps from Rodeo Drive. The hotel features spacious marble bathrooms with Salvatore Ferragamo products, a modern neutral color palette, plush furniture and the signature touches of Four Seasons properties worldwide.

Beverly Wilshire is home to Wolfgang Puck’s award-winning American steakhouse, Cut (in a space designed by Richard Meier), and The Blvd for all-day dining and people watching on its Wilshire Boulevard-facing terrace. The rooftop pool area boasts a café and bar, which offers complimentary smoothies served in shot glasses as a lovely cool-down amenity. Several cabanas and lounge chairs are scattered around a perfectly heated pool. The hotel’s spa is an oasis in the middle of the city and features Natura Bissé products for facials and body treatments.

Below, the Beverly Wilshire’s Regional Vice President and General Manager Ben Trodd tells us about the most sought-after room on the property.

Fun fact:
The Beverly Wilshire was on the site of the Beverly Auto Speedway, which provided residents with an opportunity for picnics and Model T Ford races on Sunday afternoons. At the time, the population of Beverly Hills was less than 1,000 and it was still undiscovered by Hollywood’s in-crowd.
