Drink DuJour: Driving Miss Daisy

Snag the recipe for the signature cocktail being poured at Art Basel’s Casa Elyx

Each year, the art community converges on Miami Beach for one very important show. Art Basel plays host to some of the world’s most talented modern and contemporary artists, renowned curators, powerhouse collectors and more. But those in the know understand that taking in the incredible works on display is just half the fun.

Attendees get to mix and mingle with the crème de la crème of the art world, and there’s no better way to socialize in sunny Florida than with a crisp drink in-hand. At Casa Elyx, a penthouse pop-up at the Miami Beach Edition hotel, guests can sip on the Driving Miss Daisy, a fruity and floral signature drink served in a bespoke copper pineapple.

DuJour got the scoop on what goes into this delightfully refreshing beverage—here’s what you’ll need.

3 oz Hibiscus flower tea
1 oz Sugar syrup
