Celebrate fall with a season-specific cocktail bursting with the flavors of apple, maple and cranberry

Fall trends come and go, but flavorful cocktails are always in season. This particular blend celebrates autumn’s most colorful harvest—crisp apple, maple and cranberry—and pairs it perfectly with the soft bubbles from JP Chenet Ice Edition sparking wine.

Whether you’re ready to relax at home after a chilly day of holiday shopping or you’re hosting a seasonal soirée, this cocktail is sure to pack the comfort (and taste) of fall into each glass. 

Ready to give it a try? Here’s what you’ll need:

 

HARVEST MOON

2 oz apple cider
Juice of one small lemon
0.5 ounce maple syrup
1 tsp whole berry cranberry jelly or cranberry jam
Dash of Angostura bitters
2 oz JP Chenet Ice Edition
Apple slices and star anise for garnish

Place all ingredients except the sparkling wine together in a cocktail shaker and shake. Strain into a ball jar with fresh ice. Top with the JP Chenet Ice Edition. Garnish with thin, halved apple slices (or whole baby apple slices) and star anise.
