In honor of Valentine’s Day, we have ventured to the heart of New York City to find the most dazzling dining experience. While we suggest visiting Union Square’s Tocqueville restaurant any day of the year, the French-American cuisine really does lend itself to a romantic evening. From the main dining room’s chic design to the exquisite culinary masterpieces cultivated with local, seasonal ingredients, the creative menu will be sure to impress.
While the cuisine is delightful, we highly recommend exploring the restaurant’s cocktail program before dinner. The bar is romantic and intimate, and the Enzo and Valentina cocktail feels like Valentine’s Day personified. Created by bartender Johan Mestanza, this drink was inspired by two hopeless romantics and boasts a rose-infused scent and refreshing flavors of pear.
If you haven’t make a dinner reservation at Tocqueville yet, this cocktail should inspire you to do so.
