Part motorcycle, part car, part space-age Go-Pod, the C-1 from San Francisco-based Lit Motors combines all the efficiencies of two-wheeled transportation with the comfort and sanity of four.

The self-balancing electric vehicle is light, easy to park almost anywhere and takes up little of the road, while providing a climate-controlled environment and perfect stability, courtesy of ever-whirling gyros that keep everything level. High-torque motors are located in the wheel hubs, allowing for a spacious one-man cab with room for a very close buddy.
