To celebrate the short weeks in which blueberries are in season, Bai5[1] has introduced the Brasilia Blueberry Mojito to take advantage of the berries’ rich flavors and healthy nutrients.
“This cooling mint and lime cocktail combines sweet seasonal blueberries with a refreshing classic—the mojito,” says Georgie Morley, Bai’s seasonal mixologist. “It pairs perfectly with fish tacos and spicy pico de gallo.”
Here’s how to make it.
BRASILIA BLUEBERRY MOJITO
1 Bottle Bai5 Brasilia Blueberry
12 Sprigs fresh mint leaves
2 Limes
White rum
Squeeze both limes over the mint sprigs and muddle in a cocktail shaker. Add the ice, rum and Brasilia Blueberry. Stir and pour into cold highball glasses. Garnish with a sprig of mint and slice of lime.
