Trendy hotspot TAO Downtown is famous for their expansive list of creative cocktail offerings, and this sake-based brew is no exception. Bursting with earthy flavors from Enter Jumani sake and refreshing cucumber vodka, this subtle and delicious drink pairs perfectly with savory dishes.
“The sake itself is fairly earthy and edgy, so we wanted to soften it up a little bit when making the cocktail,” said beverage director Keith Nelson. “The cucumber gives it freshness and it gets texture from triple sec, which has a higher viscosity making it a great aperitif cocktail.”

1 ½ oz. Enter Junmai sake
1 oz. Crop cucumber vodka
½ oz. Triple Sec
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Shake and strain into a martini glass and garnish with a cucumber wheel on the rim.
