It goes without saying that the year 2013 was ripe with innovation. Lesser-known companies like Coravin invented a way to pour a glass of wine without ever opening the bottle; the more mainstream brand Krups introduced a coffee machine so advanced, it’s akin to having a barista on call in your kitchen.
