Start your evening with a bottle of Absolut’s newest luxury vodka, Absolut Elyx—personally engraved with your love’s name for a romantic touch—to create this tasty cocktail.

3 Parts Absolut Elyx
1 Part bitters (Campari)
3 Parts freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice
1 Part sugar syrup
2 Dashes orange bitters
Half an egg white

Shake all ingredients without ice to emulsify egg white. Shake with cubed ice and strain into a chilled cocktail coupe.

Cherry Bomb

This sweet and savory concoction—curated by the cocktail wiz behind the bar at subterranean hotspot Cherry in Chelsea—is not to be missed on your special night.

2 oz Tequila
2 oz Cherry jam
1 oz Lemon juice
1 oz Black pepper agave

Add all ingredients to iced cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Pour into a rocks glass and garnish with a pickled cherry.

Berried Treasure

Impress your special someone with this red-hued brew by mixologist Christian Sanders from New York’s Evelyn Drinkery.

2 Parts Hornitos Reposado tequila
¾ Part simple syrup
¾ Part lemon
6-8 Blackberries
1-2 Rosemary sprigs
2 Dashes Angostura bitters

Muddle rosemary sprig. Add six blackberries into a mixing glass and muddle. Add the rest of the ingredients and shake well. Double strain into an old fashioned glass. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and two blackberries.

Chocolate Lover

Have your chocolate and drink it too with this perfect after-dinner dessert martini served at Ravello at Four Seasons Resort Orlando.

1 oz Stoli raspberry
2 oz Godiva chocolate liqueur
¾ oz Frangelico
½ oz Bailey’s Irish Cream
1 Raspberry
Semi-sweet chocolate

Add liquor to shaker tin and shake with ice. Strain into chilled martini glass. Microplane chocolate over drink and float raspberry.

La Vie En Rose

This aptly named pink drink from Boston’s farm-to-table tavern Post 390 tastes just as good as it looks.

“The rose drink uses our pastry chefs’ rose petal jam, which is made from local beach roses picked over the summer and preserved in a jam,” says Beverage Manager Jason Percival. “The garnish is a rose ‘caviar’ that Pastry Chef Craig Williams makes using agar agar to form little eggs of rose essence. Sink the rose caviar to the bottom—it’s like bubble tea in your martini.”

1.5 oz Orange vodka
½ oz Tokaji
½ oz Fresh lemon juice
1 oz Rose jam
1 oz Pink Moscato
Rose “caviar”

Shake all but the Moscato and strain into a cocktail glass. Top with Moscato and sink rose caviar to the bottom.

Hot Lips

Lucky for New Yorkers, this crowd-pleasing drink by legendary “Cocktail Architect” Yusef Austin will be served at all BR Guest restaurants in the big city.

2 oz Sauza Blanco tequila
2 oz Strawberry puree
½ oz Fresh lime juice
½ oz Jalapeño syrup
Pinch of kosher salt

Combine all ingredients in a pint glass, add ice and shake at least 30 times. Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with lemon zest and salt rim.

Pama Sutra

Try this creative spin on a refreshing pink pomegranate margarita made with PAMA.

1 part Don Julio Blanco tequila
1 part PAMA Pomegranate liqueur
1 splash Orange juice
1 splash TAO sour mix—made with kalamansi lime and agave

Add all ingredients to shaker with ice and shake well to mix. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Nothing says Valentine’s Day quite like a glass of bubbly. Add a little flair with pomegranate juice in this cocktail—named after the mythological daughter of Zeus who had eaten the food of the underworld, pomegranate and served at Nerai—for a delicious taste and festive twist.

1 oz pomegranate juice
½ oz Cointreau
½ oz St. Germain

Add ingredients to shaker and shake. Strain into a flute and top up with champagne or sparkling wine. Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
