7am Check in with my kids in New York via FaceTime. I try and make FaceTime fun because I think it's a little painful to see the ones you love the most in life and not be able to snuggle them! A mom can tell a lot by the look in her kids eyes though, so it's worth it to know if you should get your bum on a plane STAT or if all is cool!

8am Create my playlist. The playlist makes all the difference in the world for my days. If I have the luxury of really being left alone to create my playlist I always get asked for it.

10:15am Chit chat after the workout. After we have achieved a real workout, I love to hear the brain dump of each participant. Hear their journeys or even their moments. One of my favorite moments after this workout was learning how one very special woman beat the fight against breast cancer and how she shows her young girls to be unstoppable!
