Located at the edge of the Las Vegas Country Club sits a stylish community of homes. One stands out in particular as Steve Wynn’s 13,500-square-foot mansion dubbed, Museo. Wynn is a celebrated hotel and casino developer, with venues such as the Golden Nugget, Mirage, and Bellagio all his works. Wynn’s Las Vegas home is currently listed for $25 million with Ivan Sher of The Ivan Sher Group, Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Nevada Properties, Luxury Collection, Las Vegas.
Museo features its own power plant that can run the home’s entire power for 36 hours. The meticulous landscaping ranges from Italian Cyprss trees to relaxing palms and lush gardens. The home’s interior boasts an elegant chef’s kitchen, six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a gorgeous master suite, wine closet, media room, and so much more.
