This stunning Austin, Texas home was built in 1940 by none other than Louis C. Page of acclaimed Austin architects best known as Page Southerland Page. Currently, the architects simply go by Page. The home is owned by famed philanthropists Joe and Teresa Long of the Long Center for the Performing Arts.
Situated in Austin’s Old Enfield area, the home’s neighborhood is quite prominent. To the home’s credit, it has been sold just once since it was built. Owners will enjoy three elevators, an art gallery space, a fireproof safe, a full chef’s kitchen, butler’s pantry, and more.
