The Touchdown
1 oz. Hangar 1 Buddha’s Hand Vodka
½ oz. Fresh lemon juice
½ oz. Honey syrup
2 oz. California sparkling wine
Add ingredients except sparkling wine into a shaker. Shake with ice and strain into a chilled champagne flute. Top with sparkling California wine and garnish with a lemon peel.
Sucker Punch
15 oz. Don Q Anejo Rum
5 oz. Don Q Limon Rum
5 oz. Lime juice
20 oz. Apple cider
10 oz. Hibiscus tea and ginger syrup
10 oz. Distilled water
Thin slices of Fuji apple
Dry ice
Pour all of the ingredients into a large punch bowl and whisk together. Add dry ice.
Bronco Stout

1½ oz. Brugal Anejo Rum
½ oz. Amaro
Top with Dry Stout from Denver Chophouse and Brewery
Combine Brugal Anejo Rum and amaro in a shaker. Shake well and pour. Top with Dry Stout from Denver Chophouse and Brewery.
The Halftime Show
2 oz. Santera Blanco Tequila
1¼ oz. Fresh lime juice
1½ oz. Mint simple syrup
3 Lime wedges or wheels
1 Fresh mint sprig
Club soda to top
In a shaker, combine tequila, juice and simple syrup. Add ice and shake vigorously. Fill a collins glass with fresh ice and add lime.
The Sip & Dab
1½ oz. Jack Daniel’s Gentleman Jack
½ oz. Giffard apricot liqueur
¾ oz. Fresh lemon juice
1 oz. Simple syrup
2 oz. Stiegl Radler
Shake all of the ingredients except Steigl Radler and strain into a collins glass. Top with Stiegl Radler, stir and garnish with a lemon twist.
Cuba Libre
1 Part Bacardi Gold Rum
2 Parts cola
2 Lime wedges
Fill a highball glass with ice. Squeeze 2 lime wedges over the ice and drop them into the glass. Pour in the Bacardi Gold Rum and chilled cola and stir gently.
Kickoff Cooler
1½ Parts Skinnygirl Bare Naked Vodka
3 Parts diet tonic water
Pour all ingredients over ice. Garnish with lime.
