7:30am As a SoulCycle teacher AND a cyclist, I commute nearly everyday by bike. It's low stress and keeps me warmed up and ready for everything my day has in store!
8:00am I'm not much of a morning person so I skip breakfast but pack juices in my bag to keep me going throughout my morning. I love GreenGo, a local Cali brand that delivers fresh every day!
9:30am My first stop is an AM class in the brand new SoulCycle Culver City. This studio is beautiful and BIG!
11:00am After a shower, I eat lunch while answering comments and questions I receive on my YouTube videos.
12:30pm Time for my shoot! I maintain a lifestyle YouTube channel called KymNonStop where I post workouts, recipes, and vlogs. It's a great way for my riders to know what I'm doing when I'm not in the classroom and answer a lot of the questions they have about diet and training.
3:00pm If I have time, I usually go for a ride just for myself. There are a lot of beautiful places to ride in California, from coastal roads to cliffs and mountains.
5:00pm After my ride, I'll take a quick dip in the ocean. Fellow SoulCycle instructor (and my Amazing Race teammate!) Alli Forsythe lives by the beach and loves to swim so she's my go-to beach pal.
6:30pm Time for my evening class! SoulCycle evening classes are my personal favorite because riders are ready to TURN UP! By the time I make it to my last class I usually need some caffeine like Red Bull or coffee to keep me going. Not too much, just enough to get through the last session with some pep!
7:30pm We often posse up and take pics after class. My riders are the best. They have so much energy and passion. They're the biggest reason I love my job.
9:00pm Finally it's time to ride home. The California sunset never disappoints. I usually ride slower, listening to a podcast. It's a great way to wind down from my day of action.
