Though the building is still under construction, developers built out a residence on the 17th floor of One Thousand Museum by Zaha Hadid as the first look at the completed interiors (which officially debut late 2018). Miami-based Brazilian furnishing brand, Artefacto, outfitted the interiors of this model residence, fusing the late-Zaha’s futuristic aesthetic with the brand’s signature Brazilian approach to contemporary design.
President and CEO of Artefacto Paulo Bacchi hand selected items from the brand’s newest collection—envisioned by Joao Armentano, the 4,635-square-foot space uses warm tones and clean lines to complement the building’s curvaceous architecture. The four bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms of this particular property are wrapped in floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the bay and Museum Park, allowing for ample natural light. The home also boasts an impressive art collection curated by Sarah Jane Bruce (SJB Fine Art Services) and Flavia Masetto (Flavia Masetto Fine Arts).
This home sold for $6.8 million.
